Challenge

The Brazilian Navy relied on disconnected legacy systems for supply cataloguing, warship maintenance logistics and financial management.

Solution

Delivered, through COPPE/UFRJ, SINGRA (supply management), SISALI (warship logistic support and maintenance, 2008–2012, as project manager) and DFM-BI (the Finance Directorate's dashboard).

Impact

SISALI was the Navy's first warship logistic-support and maintenance system; in 2013 the Navy's Integrated Logistics Support Bureau (NALIM) recorded Fabio as its project manager.
